Christmas Book Blog-a-thon

Okaay. So I don't know if someone has already made this blog version of Booktube-a-thon but, doesn't matter. I am gonna be doing it! ^_^ I made my own goals and challenges so... it's up to you if you're gonna do it too!

1st Challenge: Read a recently gifted book

I have actually read this book already buuut . . . . this was a book recently given to me just because I adore the cover so muuch! It is To All the Boys I've Loved Before by the a-mazin' Jenny Han. If you want to see my review about it, I'll link it here. 

I will be re-reading this because I loved it to pieces! And I read it for only hours or about a day at least. :)

2nd Challenge: Christmas-syy cover

Honestly, I don't know what this book is about except that it has a cat on its cover. That's what bought me. The cover looks somehow Christmas-syy to me because it is associated with the colors green and red. I don't know. I really think that this cover gives that Christmas vibes sooo... yeah. I'll be reading this after the 1st challenge. Which I am currently accomplishing.






3rd Challenge: Christmas Setting

This challenge requires a book that is set on Christmas or the days before it. For this challenge I picked up Dash and Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan. I think, this is a part of like a series or trilogy by these two amazing authors. But, I'm not sure on that one. It just sounds like it.

(I like this edition better xx)

4th Challenge: Christmas Romance

I think y'all know what I'll be reading for this final challenge. It is My True Love Gave To Me by various authors and edited by the lovely Stephanie Perkins. It is a collection of twelve short stories about love and romance. And I'm quite excited to read this.

SORRY.

I really feel bad. Even making  this post gives me a heartache. No. I am never leaving blogger and my blog. But, I  feel so ashamed that I have not been active for more than 4 months. :( I have 5 drafts left undone. And a lot of broken promises to authors. I did not expect my school year to be as hectic as this.

I am writing this not to gain sympathy, but for all of you to understand. I am sorry for those authors who submitted their books to me, I don't want you to think that I am a scumbag or a book digger. I am sincere when I say I am going to review your book. But like I said, I did not expect myself to be busy this year.

I hope that I can finish most of the reviews that I promised before this year ends. Or even before January 2015 ends.

I am not gonna promise anymore. And will rarely accept review requests. Unless of course, when I really have a lot of time to do it.

I am sincerely APOLOGIZING to everyone. The authors, the bloggers, and my viewers.
